BRC & IFS for company «Αgronuts S.A.»

After the Certification by ELOT EN ISO 22000:2005 as well as Compliance Administration System according to the standards of AGRO 2.1 - 2.2, the certificates for quality assurance according to the international standards BRC and IFS were awarded recently to the company «Αgronuts SA», by the certifying body Euro- Cert .

Respecting the client and striving to improve the provided services, it proceeded in 2009 with the application of the Quality Assurance System according to International standard BRC, renewing it every year. The certifying body was Euro- Cert.

In 2011, being pioneer in its sector, it proceeded with the application of the Quality Assurance System according to International standard IFS, by Euro- Cert.

All the foreseen controls take place during the production and so do daily control tests of the raw materials.
Upon delivery, all the raw materials are controlled through sampling per delivery batch and the respective labelling is also done at that time, so that the identification of the batches is possible even when they reach the client. Finally, all the necessary analyses for the tracing of dangerous substances in the raw materials also take place.

The aim of application of the Quality Assurance System is the maintenance of a high level of hygiene conditions not only for the final product, but also with respect to the employees.
